Does BrandOwl Own the Copyright to Newsletters?
No, BrandOwl does not own the copyright to the newsletters. We respect others’ intellectual property rights and display a clear disclaimer within our app to inform users that the content and design of the emails belong to the original brands. Each email displays the brand name, logo, and other details, along with a link to the brand’s website, allowing users to see the full details of the original content owner.
Can Users Modify a Brand’s Newsletter?
No, users cannot modify the design or content of a newsletter within our app. The right to modify the original content is reserved to the original brand, and we respect that.
How Can a Brand Stop Their Emails from Being Shown in the BrandOwl App?
If you wish to prevent your brand’s emails from being displayed in our app, you can:
